Though Mayhew is keenly focused on the boys, it simply doesn't happen without a truly great staff. After all, the program is the relationship created between the two.

Program Director, Grayson Richey, is already more than a few months into recruiting excellent role models for the 2023 summer (in fact, he hasn't really stopped since the end of last summer).
