Back Country Expedition Leader

After being involved with the Program for two years, boys (ages 12 - 17) are invited to move into the Link-Up phase of the Program for up to four more years. Links can participate in five-day, outdoor adventure trips during the summer and are encouraged to challenge themselves physically and socially. By doing so, Links can learn to be more successful collaborators, more confident individuals, and important role models for the younger boys in the program. Each summer we hire two Link-Up Trip Leaders who facilitate these trips, along with our Link-Up trip coordinator. Trip leaders must be 21 or older and be approved drivers.

If you're interested in the Back Country Expedition Leader position, check below. If not, you can skip this section. (Skipping this will not affect your consideration for Island Staff.)
